Eligibility and winner selection

Prize delivery will be arranged by cold courier in line with the farm’s next available delivery schedule. This helps ensure your prize arrives safely, fresh and in the best possible condition. Delivery dates may vary depending on your location, courier routes and the farm’s processing schedule. Entry is only open to residents of the Australian states listed on the raffle page, where delivery is available. Entrants outside these eligible states cannot be included in the draw or receive the prize. Please check that your address, state and contact details are accurate before entering. The winner will receive delivery instructions directly.

The winner will be selected through the Big Aussie Meat Raffle recorded digital draw system after entries close. Every valid entry is assigned a unique numbered free ticket. The system freezes all eligible ticket numbers before the draw and uses a random selection process to choose one ticket for each prize, with tickets handled according to the published raffle rules. The draw and its result are saved against the raffle record so the operator can review the outcome and retain an audit trail. The person attached to the selected ticket is treated as the provisional winner, subject to entry and eligibility verification. Big Aussie Meat Raffle will send the result to the winner’s registered email address and display a notification in their Big Aussie Meat Raffle account. No payment will ever be requested to claim a free prize. If a provisional winner is ineligible, cannot be verified or does not respond within the published period, an audited replacement draw may be conducted.

No purchase is required. The vendor remains responsible for the promotion terms, permits, eligibility, winner selection, records and prize delivery.
