The system freezes all eligible ticket numbers before the draw and uses a random selection process to choose one ticket for each prize, with tickets handled according to the published raffle rules. The draw and its result are saved against the raffle record so the operator can review the outcome and retain an audit trail. The person attached to the selected ticket is treated as the provisional winner, subject to entry and eligibility verification. Big Aussie Meat Raffle will send the result to the winner’s registered email address and display a notification in their Big Aussie Meat Raffle account. No payment will ever be requested to claim a free prize. If a provisional winner is ineligible, cannot be verified or does not respond within the published period, an audited replacement draw may be conducted.
