Official Terms & Conditions — read carefully before purchasing a ticket.
1. Promoter

(“Promoter”)
Farm Angels Ltd is responsible for the conduct, management, and operation of the raffle.
All raffles are conducted for charitable fundraising purposes and in accordance with
applicable Australian State and Territory laws, regulations, permits, and approvals
governing trade promotions, raffles, and charitable fundraising.
2. Platform Provider
The raffle is administered and supported through:
The BIG Aussie Meat Raffle Platform
(“Platform”)
The Platform provides technology infrastructure, raffle administration tools,
marketing support, and compliance assistance to the Promoter.
The Platform acts solely as a service provider and does not conduct the raffle,
does not determine raffle outcomes, and is not the promoter or beneficiary of
the raffle.
3. Benefiting Charity
Each raffle is conducted for the benefit of a nominated charity, which is clearly
identified on the relevant raffle page.
The nominated charity is the primary beneficiary of the raffle.
Net proceeds from the raffle, after permitted costs and expenses, are applied
toward the charitable purposes of the nominated charity in accordance with
applicable fundraising laws.
4. Raffle Structure

Each raffle is conducted online by the Promoter using the Platform as a technical
and administrative tool. -
Tickets are sold at a fixed price, inclusive of all applicable charges,
as clearly displayed prior to purchase. - Each valid ticket purchased constitutes one (1) entry into the relevant raffle draw.

Where a maximum number of tickets applies, this limit is disclosed on the raffle page
before ticket sales commence. -
Multiple raffles may be conducted concurrently, each operating independently
with separate prizes, draws, and outcomes.
5. Prizes
- Prizes are supplied by approved Australian vendors engaged by the Promoter.

Full prize descriptions, estimated retail values, and any material conditions
are disclosed on the relevant raffle page. - Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Prize substitution will only occur where unavoidable and strictly in accordance
with applicable laws and regulatory approvals. -
Where prizes include perishable goods such as meat, delivery is arranged using
appropriate cold-chain logistics to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
6. Prize Guarantee & Security
All advertised prizes are guaranteed to be awarded to a validly drawn winner.
Prior to the commencement of ticket sales, each prize is secured by one or more of
the following lawful mechanisms:
- Donation by the supplying vendor
- Written contractual agreement with the vendor
- Financial underwriting or procurement by the Promoter
Prize availability and award are not contingent on the volume or value of tickets sold,
except where expressly disclosed on the raffle page and permitted under applicable law.
The Promoter bears full responsibility for prize fulfilment.
7. Use of Funds

All ticket revenue is collected by the Promoter solely for the purpose of
conducting charitable fundraising raffles. -
Funds are applied in the following order of priority:
- Fulfilment and delivery of advertised prizes
- Payment of lawful, disclosed, and reasonable raffle operating costs
- Distribution of remaining net proceeds to the nominated charity

Where required or appropriate, the minimum charitable benefit or percentage
allocation may be disclosed on the raffle page. -
No ticket proceeds are used in a manner inconsistent with applicable fundraising
or gaming regulations.
8. Platform Fees & Administration
The BIG Aussie Meat Raffle Platform operates purely as a commercial service provider
and is not a registered charity or beneficiary of the raffle.
- All fees for administration, technology, marketing, and compliance are borne entirely by the Promoter.
- No portion of participant ticket revenue is used to pay Platform fees, unless expressly permitted by applicable fundraising law and disclosed on the raffle page.
- Platform fees are fixed or agreed upon in writing prior to the raffle and do not depend on ticket sales volume or fundraising outcomes.
- Platform activities do not influence raffle odds, winner selection, or prize allocation in any way.
- Platform maintains full records of fees charged, invoices issued, and services provided, available for audit by regulators or the Promoter.
9. Affiliate & Marketing Activities
The Promoter may engage third-party affiliates, influencers, or marketing service providers
for raffle promotion. All such arrangements are separate from participant funds.
- Payments to affiliates or marketers are paid exclusively by the Promoter and are not deducted from ticket proceeds.
- Affiliate or influencer activity cannot influence ticket odds, prize outcomes, winner selection, or the charitable benefit.
- All marketing arrangements are documented in writing, including amounts payable, services rendered, and invoicing, and are retained for regulatory audit.
- Affiliates and marketers have no operational control over the raffle, including ticket management, draw processes, or prize fulfilment.
10. Vendors
- Vendors supply prizes under agreement with the Promoter.

Vendors do not conduct the raffle, control ticket sales, or influence
raffle outcomes. -
Vendor compensation, where applicable, relates solely to prize supply,
fulfilment, and logistics. - Vendors do not receive any share of ticket revenue or proceeds.
11. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Entrants must be residents of Australia unless otherwise stated on the raffle page.

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Promoter,
Platform, or prize vendors may be excluded where required by law.
12. Draw & Winner Selection
Winners are selected by a random draw conducted in accordance with
applicable laws and approved draw procedures.
The draw date, time, and method are published on the raffle page prior to ticket purchase.
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
Winner names may be published where legally required.
13. Prize Delivery
- Prizes are delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
- Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and prize type.
- Perishable prizes are delivered using appropriate cold-chain logistics.

The Promoter and Platform are not responsible for delays or failures
caused by third-party couriers or events beyond reasonable control.
14. GST & Taxation
- Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible unless expressly stated.
- Raw, unprocessed meat prizes are GST-free under Australian law.
- Processed or value-added products may include GST where applicable.

Winners are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from
prize receipt.
15. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
If a raffle is cancelled or terminated, the Promoter may:
- Refund ticket purchasers; or
- Apply proceeds to the nominated charity, subject to regulatory approval.
16. Privacy
Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering raffles,
verifying entries, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes.
Information may be shared with the nominated charity and prize vendors solely
for fulfilment and compliance purposes.
All personal information is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Laws.
17. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Platform exclude
all liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle.
Prizes are used entirely at the winner’s own risk.
18. Regulatory Compliance

Farm Angels Ltd conducts all raffles in compliance with applicable
Australian federal, state, and territory laws, including
fundraising, trade promotion, and lottery regulations. - Ticket sales are restricted to jurisdictions where online raffles are legally permitted.

Accurate records of ticket sales, revenue, prize allocation, and charitable distributions
are maintained and may be produced to regulators, auditors, or other authorized parties
upon request. -
All raffles are operated transparently to ensure participants’ rights are protected
under applicable consumer protection and fundraising laws. -
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or territory in which
the raffle is conducted, in addition to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Compliance with this section ensures that the raffle operates legally, protects the
charitable purpose, and mitigates risk of regulatory penalties.
19. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, entrants acknowledge that they have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
