Affiliate terms — version 1
Affiliate applications require approval before referral tracking begins. Approved affiliates receive a personal referral link and an admin-approved commission rate between 5% and 15% of eligible paid raffle ticket revenue, excluding tax, refunds, chargebacks and reversed orders. An affiliate must request a campaign for a specific raffle and the matched charity must accept that campaign and rate before the referral can earn commission.
Affiliates must promote raffles accurately, use the published raffle information and rules, disclose that they may earn a commission, and must not make legal, prize, charity, odds or winner claims that are not published by Big Aussie Meat Raffle. Self-referrals, misleading advertising, spam, fake traffic and purchasing through another person to create commission are prohibited.
Commission becomes available for invoicing only after the platform marks that raffle ready. The affiliate invoices the matched charity directly. The charity, not the platform, is the invoice recipient and payer. Affiliates remain responsible for their ABN, GST, invoicing and tax obligations. Disputed, refunded or invalid sales may be reversed. Big Aussie Meat Raffle may suspend tracking while fraud, compliance or account issues are reviewed.
